We own the exclusive rights to the movies for worldwide distribution outside of Japan. In fact, we produce and sell the DVDs from which the movies are captured. The "VCDs" that are advertised on the Internet are all pirated and illegal. We do not use stolen or pirated content, so you can rest assured that AV Deluxe will never get shut down by the authorities for copyright infringement.

Do your movies have that annoying mosaic?

No, all of our movies are uncensored. Adult videos in Japan are required by law to censor the display of genitalia. But these videos can be distributed without the mosaic censor outside of Japan. Our servers are located in the US and abide by US laws pertaining to adult material.

Can I download and save the movies?

Yes, unlike streaming video all of our movies can be downloaded and saved to your computer, so you can watch them whenever and as many times as you like.

What software do I need to play the movies?

Our movies are encoded in Windows Media 9 Series format (WMV). If the latest Microsoft Windows Media Player software is not already installed on your computer, please download it here and install. If you are able to view the free sample clip on the main page, then you are all set.

Why does my browser display a page full of garbled characters when I click on a movie link?

This is a known compatibility issue between Netscape and WMV files. Right-click (Mac users: CTRL + click) the link and select "Save Target As" to download the WMV file to your computer before viewing it.

Who handles the billing?

Can I share my password with my friends?

Do not reveal your username and password to anyone else. For your protection and ours, our server software will automatically disable any username that it detects is being used by more than one person.
